Medical marijuana, also known as medical cannabis, is increasingly recognized for its therapeutic benefits in treating a variety of medical conditions. Its active compounds, such as THC and CBD, have shown promise in alleviating psychiatric symptoms such as anxiety and PTSD among others. Many patients find relief through medical marijuana when traditional treatments have failed or caused intolerable side effects.
