Kinsey is the co-founder of Cultivate and a dual board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. Kinsey began her career working in the Emergency Department and quickly discovered her passion for mental health while in this setting. 

Kinsey enjoys working with individuals aged 15+ with depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and has a passion for perinatal psychiatry and women's mental health. She utilizes both medication management and therapeutic approaches and believes strongly in a collaborative treatment plan with shared decision making based on your individual goals.

Dr. John Aziz MD, FAPA is the co-founder of Cultivate and is acompassionate and experienced psychiatrist. 

With a deep understanding of the complexities of the human mind, Dr. Aziz is dedicated to helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges. With a warm and empathetic approach, Dr. Aziz provides therapy and medication management that fosters healing and growth. Patients can trust in Dr. Aziz's expertise and commitment to their well-being.

Rachael Faris is a board-certified psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner. Rachael enjoys working with patients ages 13+. Her special interests are in working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and Bipolar Disorder.

Therapist

Aryn Miller is a masters prepared Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. 

Aryn specializes in women's mental health with a focus on perinatal, postpartum, and beyond.  She has specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and holds a Perinatal Mental Health Certification through Postpartum Support International. 

Aryn is a client-entered therapist with a warm and collaborative approach.  She sees patients in person and virtually. 

In addition to her passion for maternal mental health and wellness, Aryn enjoys working with healthcare professionals, adolescents, and young adults. 

Outside of work, Aryn enjoys hiking, the zoo, and spending time with her family.

Therapist

Ali is a masters prepared independently licensed social worker. 

Ali has a passion for working with individuals across the lifespan and diagnostic spectrum. She has a special interest in individuals with depression and anxiety, grief and bereavement support, body image concerns, advanced life planning, and more.  Ali practices through active listening and client centered empowerment.  

Ali works with clients 12+ and has a 

practice interest in older adult populations, particularly those navigating retirement concerns and psychosocial complextities  later in life. Ali see's patients both virtually and in person primarily in the evenings and select weekends.

Outside of work, Ali enjoys gardening, reading, crochet and spending time with loved ones.

Therapist

Karlee is a master's prepared Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with experience in proividing family therapy and individual counseling. She utilizes evidence-based approaches to meet the needs of her clients. She has an interest in working with clients with ajudstment disorders, anxiety, and mood disorders. 

Karlee works with clients ages 8+.  She see's patients both virtually and in person primarily in the evenings and select weekends.

Kari enjoys working with patients ages 5+ Kari has a special interest in PTSD, mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, and child and adolescent psychiatry.
